Founded in 2003, HotCafé (registered as ATPAK) is a communications solutions provider based in Paris, which installs wi-fi hotspots in commercial establishments such as cafés, restaurants, and hotels.
By 2009, there were 120 HotCafé locations installed in Paris and the provinces. By the end of 2011, the total is expected to reach 180 hotspots.
HotCafé's owner, David Taieb, is intent on providing maximum uptime and superior client service at every location, 7 days a week. If a system should go down or there is any service issue, he can be reached on his cell phone at 06.63.61.18.06.
The Freepass Card is not to be sold or traded under any circumstances; the service is offered in exchange for your patronage of the eating establishment where you connect.
