Advertising Specifications

Subject to our Content Guidelines, we accept the following ad banner sizes:

Full Banner (468x60), Full Banner with Vertical Navigation Bar (392 x 72 Pixels), Half Banner (234 x 60 Pixels), Vertical Banner (120 x 240 Pixels), Button 1 (120 x 90 Pixels), Button 2 (120 x 60 Pixels), Square Button (125 x 125 Pixels), and Micro Button (88 x 31 Pixels).

Note:
Animated gifs are available within the standard ad sizes outlined here.

We strongly recommend that all ads be no more than 7k in byte size for optimum page performance. No ads will be accepted over 10k in total byte size. Please check with your advertising sales representative as not all sizes are available on all sections of the service at this time.

Delivery Instructions:

If you would like The Wharton Group's production staff to pick-up the creative work from your site, please send specific instructions and URL to webmaster@discoverfrance.net.

Banners and buttons can be submitted as GIF files (with Macintosh-formatted Stuffit™ compression for folders containing multiple files), and attached via email to webmaster@discoverfrance.net. New creative must be submitted 5 business days prior to run start. Changes or revisions from that point on require 2 business days notice.

Should advertiser choose to have The Wharton Group create banner(s), please contact sales@discoverfrance.net for creative rates.

For each creative unit, please submit the following information:

1. Name of creative, to include name of advertiser and size of ad.

2. Run start-date and stop-date.

3. Specific rotation instructions.

4. Alt. Text (text to appear in place of banner on text-only browsers).

5. Connecting URL.
